A clinic suited for serious racers of 2025! Pre-season preparation clinic at Queensland Moto Park (tbc) on November 23rd to assist riders getting ready for their 2025 season with the correct tools covering all aspects of physical, mental, off-bike, and on the bike coaching.   7:30am-8:30am •Sports psychologist mental strength training, introduction to our sport psychologist who is also an Olympic team psychologist and AIS psychologist trainer (Jason Patchell). Goal setting and recovery. 8:30am-12:00pm Station rotations •Station 1 Media training learn about your social media and how you can gain attention for sponsors to notice you. Marketing and content. Basic nutrition & recovery. (Twist it Moto). •Station 2 Interview filming, practicing your in front of the camera, creating content to use in your 2025 sponsor proposals to put forward to seek sponsorship (Luke Sartor). • Station 3 Off-bike training and testing with our sports physiologist to find rider weaknesses with off bike training recommendations to improve strength, power, endurance and more (Ignite performance) Ignite will give a report of your results that explain your strengths and weaknesses to work on. 12:00-12:30 •Lunch 12:30pm until 4:00pm •Mx coaching & riding for advanced race skills and techniques (Twist it Moto •Filming of riders/ gap filler footage for proposal videos (Luke Sartor) 4:00pm Presentations. All footage is given to the riders in a raw format to then learn how you create their own digital resume video. All third-party contact details will be given to the riders for their own personal use of expertise. Physical testing reports are given for the riders to be able to take action on an off-bike training program for themselves.
